Enjoy swimming in the emerald, crystal clear waters of the exquisite nearby beaches

The emerald, crystal clear waters are the shared feature of all North Ithaca beaches, most of which easily accessible and at a distance of about 5' by car from Olivea Premium Holiday Homes.

Stavros' seaport is the picturesque fishing boats anchorage in the enchanting Polis bay with the 600-year-old "hidden" chapel of St. Andrea (built from the stones of the ancient sanctuary of Niriides, according to experts) and the large organized beach with blue-green waters, which is only 4' by car from Olivea Premium Holiday Houses or 15' on foot - if you can stand the uphill of the return!

In close proximity and with easy access, you will swim in Kourvoulia, a bay of 3 enchanting beaches with white pebbles and turquoise waters, and the exotic yet organized beach of Aspros Gialos. In Marmakas you may lie down under giant eucalyptus trees, swim to the opposite island of Ag. Nikolaou and eat traditional food cooked exclusively in "tserepa" in the nearby canteen. Should you want to feel alone on earth even in the peak summer season, just explore the nearby beaches of Tsimitsida, Mavronas, Koutoupi, Myrtera. Alternatively, you may enjoy swimming at the surprisingly beautiful bays of Ammoudia, Voukendi and Limeni, all within a very short distance by boat, which you can rent from Polis or Frikes.

Bohemian Sarakiniko and cosmopolitan Filiatro, about 15' from Vathi and accessible by car, stand out in the southern part of Ithaca.
